Why do booking fees exist?
The portion of the booking fee that Ticketmaster receives goes towards covering the cost of processing your purchase from start to finish, as well as providing our fans with a safe and reliable buying experience.
This includes covering the costs of our platform technology and security, website and app maintenance, fan support, payment processing, supplier payments, infrastructure and office maintenance, as well as event staffing, box office operations and access control.
